I'm Adam Ratigan, and this is us! Me, my better half, and our four little miscreants. All of us committed to blowing your mind with our amazing service.

As North Idaho natives, we've always loved this area and are grateful to call it home.

Our real estate journey began in 2007, when I started building custom homes. A few years later, I earned a degree in mechanical engineering, but real estate never really left the picture. Shortly after graduation, we purchased our first remodel, fixed it up, and turned it into a rental.

Five years and five remodels later, I had transitioned from engineering into full-time real estate sales, and we never looked back.

Along the way, we saw firsthand what we wanted from a property management company: strong communication, proactive care, and someone who would treat the property like an investment worth protecting.

When we realized we weren't going to find exactly what we were looking for, we decided to build it ourselves.

That's why American Dream Property Management exists, to provide the kind of straightforward, dependable property management we would want for our own properties.
